Creamy, cheesy artichoke dip that's perfect for parties. Made with marinated artichokes, cream cheese, and parmesan.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in chopped artichokes, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Add 1/2 cup Parmesan and all mozzarella, mix well.
Transfer to greased baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan.
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
Add chopped spinach for a spinach-artichoke dip, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or microwave.
