Creamy golden artichoke dip in baking dish

Ingredients

  • 2 jars (6 oz each) Marinated artichoke heartsdrained and chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheesesoftened
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheeseshredded
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakesoptional

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.

    Stir in chopped artichokes, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

    Add 1/2 cup Parmesan and all mozzarella, mix well.
