Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Frozen artichoke heartsthawed
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheesegrated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh thymechopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • Pinch Nutmeg
