Ingredients

  • 1 large Ripe avocado
  • 1 large Bananafrozen
  • 2 cups Fresh spinachpacked
  • 1 cup Coconut milkcanned, full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons Honeyor maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juicefresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seedsoptional
