Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mixed berriesfresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 8x8 inch baking dish.

    Mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

    In separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla.
