Fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with a delicious dry rub and tangy BBQ sauce finish.

Remove membrane from back of ribs.
Mix all dry ingredients for rub.
Coat ribs generously with rub, let sit 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to 275°F for indirect cooking.
Grill ribs bone-side down for 2.5-3 hours.
Brush with BBQ sauce in last 30 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes before cutting between bones to serve.
