Delicious Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry - homemade recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloinsliced thin against grain
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Soy saucedivided
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarchdivided
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice wineor dry sherry
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh gingerminced
  • 2 Green onionssliced

Instructions

    Marinate beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch for 15 minutes.

    Mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil for sauce.

    Heat wok or large skillet over high heat with 1 tbsp oil.

    Stir-fry beef until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove.

    Add remaining oil, stir-fry broccoli for 2 minutes.

    Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Return beef to wok, add sauce, and toss everything together. Garnish with green onions.
