Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef80/20 lean
  • 1 cup Long grain riceuncooked
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 medium Oniondiced
  • 1 Bell pepperdiced
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoesdrained
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheeseoptional

Instructions

    Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cook 5 minutes.

    Stir in rice, beef broth, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to boil, then reduce heat and cover.
