Ingredients

  • 2 large heads Romaine lettucechopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheesefreshly grated
  • 1 cup Croutonsstore-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup Mayonnaisefor dressing
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Garlic clovesminced
  • 1 tsp Anchovy pasteoptional
  • ½ tsp Black pepperfreshly ground

Instructions

    Wash and thoroughly dry romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.

    Add minced garlic, anchovy paste (if using), and black pepper to dressing. Mix well.

    Place lettuce in a large serving bowl.

    Drizzle dressing over lettuce and toss to coat evenly.
