Delicious Cedar Plank Salmon - homemade recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Salmon filletskin-on, large piece
  • 1 Cedar planksoaked for 2+ hours
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Fresh dillchopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

    Soak cedar plank in water for at least 2 hours.

    Preheat grill to medium heat (about 350°F).

    Mix brown sugar, mustard, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Place soaked plank on grill for 2-3 minutes until it starts to smoke.

    Place salmon on plank and spread with mustard mixture.

    Close grill and cook for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
