Mix rice, broth, soup, and onion soup mix in 9x13 dish.
Add frozen vegetables and stir.
Place chicken breasts on top.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil, top with cheese, bake 15 more minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
