Decadent chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust. A chocolate lover's dream dessert.
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
Press mixture into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then melted chocolate.
Add sour cream and vanilla, mix until smooth.
Pour over crust and smooth top.
Bake 45-50 minutes until center is almost set.
Cool completely, then chill for 4 hours before serving.
