Ingredients

  • 32 oz Cream cheeseroom temperature
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Graham crackerscrushed
  • 1/3 cup Buttermelted
  • 1/4 cup Sugar for crust

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar.

    Press mixture into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar.

    Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla.
