Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar.
Press mixture into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla.
Pour filling over crust.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is almost set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Run knife around edges before removing from pan.
