Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breastsboneless, skinless
  • 8 oz Cream cheesesoftened
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup White wineoptional
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in large skillet. Cook chicken until golden.

    Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add garlic to pan and cook 30 seconds.

    Whisk in cream cheese, broth, and wine until smooth.

    Return chicken to pan and simmer 15 minutes.

    Stir in fresh thyme.
