Ingredients

  • 2 large English cucumberpeeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurtplain
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mintchopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
