Classic shrimp scampi with lots of garlic, butter, and white wine. Ready in 15 minutes for an elegant dinner.

Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add wine and lemon juice, simmer 2 minutes.
Return shrimp to pan with remaining butter and drained pasta.
Toss with parsley and Parmesan. Add pasta water if needed. Serve immediately.
