Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Linguine
  • 1.5 lbs Large shrimppeeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves Garlicminced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup White wine
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cook linguine according to package directions.

    Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.

    Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds.

    Add white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
