Grill romaine cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred.
Whisk remaining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire.
Arrange grilled romaine on serving platter.
Drizzle with dressing.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
Top with croutons and serve immediately.
