Grilled Romaine Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Romaine lettuce heartshalved lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 2 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepperfreshly ground
  • 1 cup Croutons

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    Brush romaine halves with 1 tbsp olive oil.

    Grill romaine cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred.

    Whisk remaining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire.

    Arrange grilled romaine on serving platter.

    Drizzle with dressing.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
