Ingredients

  • 4 large Ripe avocados
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juicefresh
  • 1/4 cup Red onionfinely diced
  • 1 medium Roma tomatoseeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantrochopped
  • 1 clove Garlicminced
  • 1 Jalapeñoseeded and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cuminoptional

Instructions

    Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into large bowl.

    Add lime juice immediately and mash to desired consistency.

    Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or salt.
