Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) Salmon filletsskin-on or skinless
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tbsp Soy saucelow sodium
  • 4 cloves Garlicminced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 1 tsp Fresh gingergrated
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakesoptional
  • 2 Green onionssliced for garnish

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

    Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet. Brush with half the honey garlic mixture.
