Ingredients

  • 4 cups Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 oz Dark chocolatechopped
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt
  • for serving Whipped cream
  • for serving Marshmallows

Instructions

    Heat milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.

    Add chopped chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth.

    Stir in sugar, vanilla, and salt.
