Rich and creamy Indian butter chicken with tender chicken in a tomato-based sauce. Restaurant-quality at home.

Melt 2 tbsp butter in large skillet. Cook chicken until browned.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add remaining butter and sauté onion until soft.
Add garlic, ginger, and spices. Cook 1 minute.
Add crushed tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in cream and return chicken to pan.
Simmer 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with basmati rice and naan.
