Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken breastscut into chunks
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 can (28 oz) Crushed tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 large Oniondiced
  • 6 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1 tbsp Gingerfresh, grated
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Instructions

    Melt 2 tbsp butter in large skillet. Cook chicken until browned.

    Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add remaining butter and sauté onion until soft.

    Add garlic, ginger, and spices. Cook 1 minute.

    Add crushed tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir in cream and return chicken to pan.

    Simmer 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

    Serve with basmati rice and naan.
