Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Key lime juicefresh or bottled
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large Egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp Lime zest
  • 1 Graham cracker crust9-inch, store-bought
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • for garnish Lime slices

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Whisk together lime juice, condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime zest.
