Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, pear, garlic, and ginger for marinade.
Marinate sliced beef for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Heat large skillet or grill pan over high heat.
Cook marinated beef in batches, 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve beef over steamed rice.
Top with cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
