Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye or sirlointhinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Asian peargrated
  • 4 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh gingergrated
  • 4 Green onionssliced
  • 2 cups Steamed ricecooked
  • 1 Cucumberjulienned
  • 2 Carrotsjulienned
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seedstoasted

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, pear, garlic, and ginger for marinade.

    Marinate sliced beef for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

    Heat large skillet or grill pan over high heat.

    Cook marinated beef in batches, 2-3 minutes per side.
