Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoarinsed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoeshalved
  • 1 large Cucumberdiced
  • 1/4 cup Red oniondiced
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheesecrumbled
  • 1/3 cup Oliveskalamata
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbsparsley and mint
