Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Milkdairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia seedsoptional
  • 1/4 cup Fresh berries
  • 2 tbsp Nutschopped

Instructions

    Combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a jar.

    Add chia seeds if using and stir well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

    In the morning, stir and add more liquid if needed.
