Ingredients

  • 10 oz Fresh spinachchopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke heartschopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheesesoftened
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheeseshredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced

    Sauté spinach until wilted, then drain excess water.
