Ingredients

  • 12 Large mushroomsstems removed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 3 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1/4 cup Oniondiced
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh herbsparsley and thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Remove mushroom stems and chop finely.

    Sauté onion, garlic, and chopped stems until soft.

    Mix with breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
