Delicious Teriyaki Salmon Bowl - homemade recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz) Salmon filletscubed
  • 2 cups Jasmine ricecooked
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups Broccolisteamed
  • 1 cup Carrotsjulienned
  • 1/2 cup Edamameshelled
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seedstoasted
  • 2 Nori sheetssliced

Instructions

    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add cubed salmon and cook for 6-8 minutes until just cooked through.

    Add teriyaki sauce and toss to coat. Cook 1 more minute.

    Divide cooked rice among 4 bowls.

    Top with teriyaki salmon, steamed broccoli, carrots, and edamame.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced nori.
