Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground turkey93/7 lean
  • 1 small Zucchinigrated and drained
  • 1 medium Carrotgrated
  • 1/4 cup Onionminced
  • 2 cloves Garlicminced
  • 1/3 cup Breadcrumbswhole wheat
  • 1 large Eggbeaten
  • 2 tbsp Fresh herbsparsley and basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 Whole wheat buns

Instructions

    Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture with paper towels.

    Mix turkey, zucchini, carrot, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings.

    Form into 6 patties and chill for 15 minutes.

    Heat grill or skillet over medium heat.
