Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Large shrimppeeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 cloves Garlicthinly sliced
  • 2 Dried red chilieswhole
  • 2 tbsp Sherrydry
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsleychopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juicefresh
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 slices Crusty breadfor serving

    Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

    Add garlic and chilies, cook 2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add shrimp and salt, cook 2-3 minutes per side.

    Add sherry and cook 1 minute until alcohol evaporates.

    Remove from heat, add lemon juice and parsley.

    Serve immediately in clay dishes if available.
