Sizzling shrimp in garlic and olive oil with chili. A classic Spanish tapas dish that's irresistibly good.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and chilies, cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp and salt, cook 2-3 minutes per side.
Add sherry and cook 1 minute until alcohol evaporates.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and parsley.
Serve immediately in clay dishes if available.
Accompany with crusty bread for dipping in the oil.
